STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of solar panel installation services by USHA Enterprises, located in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

1.1 USHA Enterprises provides the following services:

• Solar panel installation and system setup.

• Maintenance and inspection services.

• Guidance on solar system operations.

1.2 Additional services or modifications to the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.

2. Quotation and Payment

2.1 Quotations:

• Quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.

• Prices may vary due to market conditions, taxes, or unforeseen circumstances.

2.2 Payment Terms:

• 80% of the project cost must be paid as an advance before work begins.

•15% on delivery of mounting structure, AC & DC cable, Earthing material, and connectors at the site.

• 5% on Installation & Completion of project.

2.3 Delayed Payments:

• Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month of the outstanding amount.

3. Customer Obligations

3.1 Site Access:

• The customer must provide unhindered access to the installation site.

• Any delay caused by lack of access will extend project timelines and may incur additional costs.

3.2 Permits and Approvals:

• Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Utility Coordination:

• Customers must coordinate with their utility provider for grid connections if required.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

4.1 USHA Enterprises provides:

• A 1-year workmanship warranty for installation services.

• Manufacturer warranties on solar panels, inverters, and other components (as per supplier terms).

4.2 This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by weather, accidents, or improper use.

• Modifications or repairs made by third parties without prior approval.

5. Liability

5.1 USHA Enterprises is not liable for:

• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain issues or weather conditions.

• Loss or damage arising from misuse or unauthorized alterations to the installed system.

5.2 Maximum liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services provided.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation by Customer:

• Cancellations made within 7 days of signing the agreement will incur no penalty.

• Cancellations made after 7 days may result in a deduction of actual costs incurred.

6.2 Refunds:

• Refunds for undelivered services will be processed within 15 business days.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Any disputes arising under this agreement will first be resolved through mutual discussion.

7.2 If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and conducted in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings must be initiated in the jurisdiction of Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh.

9. Amendments

9.1 USHA Enterprises reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of changes in advance.

By engaging USHA Enterprises for solar panel installation services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
